are subject to change without notice. But all confirmed reservations with deposits paid will be honored even if our rates have increased in the meantime.
we ask that guests give us 24 hours notice of their intention to depart earlier than their scheduled date.
certain busy periods like holiday weekends and Fantasy Fest are subject to minimum stays. In such cases, there will be no refunds for stays that are shortened to fewer days than the minimum stay required.
all rates quoted are for one or two persons sharing the same room. Additional guests may be registered at a charge of $25.00 per night, per extra person. A maximum of two men per bed are permitted to register per room.
an advance deposit is required to confirm a reservation. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, money orders, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. For reservations of less than one week, one night's room charge is required for an advance deposit. For a reservation of seven days or more, two nights' room charge is required for an advance deposit. The balance of the room charges and taxes is charged when you check in.
a letter, fax or e-mail confirming your reservation will be sent to you upon payment of the advance deposit. If you do not wish to receive correspondence , please notify the reservations clerk.
you must cancel 15 days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations within 15 days forfeits the entire deposit. Deposits for certain holidays and Fantasy Fest are subject to special refund policies which will be explained to you when you make your reservation.
we never sell or share our guest list with anyone. If you do not wish to receive any mail at all from us, please notify the reservations clerk and we will note your record accordingly.
